Conditions

 

Reservation takes place by sending a completely filled in reservation form.
Upon receipt of the reservation form we will make a planning and/or a cost-etimate for your tour. If you agree to our proposal, you return a signed copy of the estimate and transfer a deposit of 15% of the total travel fee. If your tour starts in Sumatra or Bali you need to transfer 30% of the total travel fee. The remainder of the fee is to be paid cash upon arrival in Indonesia or transfered to our bankaccount at least one month before the tour starts.
Restitution of this deposit is not possible (unless in the rare occassion the tour will be cancelled by B&B Touring Service).
Your reservation becomes a definitive booking upon the receipt of the deposit, at the latest two weeks after we sent you a confirmation for your booking-order.  Should the deposit not be made within the two weeks following our confirmation, we will consider the reservation as cancelled.
General Information
B&B TSI keeps the right to change the route if necesarry.
B&B TSI is not responsible for missing or damaged belongings of the participants during the tour.
The participant takes care him/herself for the insurances policies required.  The participant takes care him/herself for travel documents/visas, vaccinations and medication needed for Indonesia.
In case of "no show" of the participant(s) on the first day of the tour with B&B TSI, there will follow no restitution.
B&B TSI only starts the route when the complete travel fee is paid. Delays caused by lack of paying will be the responsibility of the participant and the costs involved will be on account of the participant.
